I used to GM quite regularly for CoC and DnD 5e, I haven't done so in a few years so would like to get back in the habit. I tend to run games with looser more homebrewy rules, I tend to be more interested in what's fun then what's official. If anyone's up for a oneshot in DnD 5e, please do reach out. No experience or kit required, I've mostly run games for new players to be honest! I have plenty of dice for all of us :D. If we get a couple of folks, I tend to prefer in person games in one of Birmingham's game cafes. Nothing I love more then holding my breath in a tense encounter and seeing that physical die roll across the table hehehe.

Hi there, I just moved to Bristol from Cardiff. I made some lifelong friends there through DnD. I was both player and DM - i think this time id like to be player. I love story driven campaigns, combat has its place of course, but I'm much more interested in making the character choice over min maxing, and above the character choice should come whats best for the story, and above that the party! I love getting into character, and usually use a different tone or accent to distinguish if its me speaking or the character. Aside from silliness and role play, I love getting to know people and im generally a happy lil guy. DMing is hard as well, so happy to assist if needed. Also snacks... I also bring snacks and occasionally a beer or two. Let me know if you think id fit in with your table! Happy to meet beforehand as its a big commitment :)

Hi everyone, I put a listing here as a player looking for a group but I decided it is much faster to set up my own group. I already have one player besides me who wants to play but is also willing to DM at first. This friend of mine is quite experienced in DnD and other tabletop RPGs. Myself, not so much, but I did a couple of sessions of DnD in the past and had a blast. I am not hesitant to learn any new systems if that is what the group agrees on. Only way to do it is to do it I say. Both me and him are based in Manchester and would prefer a group that is local or close enough to commute without it being a hassle for them. The place to meet and play is already scoped out (Fanboythree). Anyone looking to have a fun imaginative time with enough junk food to kill them 3 times over is welcome. Pretty much anyone is welcome except people who will take the game way too seriously gameplay wise. Not referring to the roleplaying aspect as we all want to have a good time here. PS: of course, any suggestions regarding place to meet and location are welcome.
