Hi! I'm 30 years old, based in Paulton. I've recently finished a Master's course and am starting a new job, so I'm looking for a local, offline D&D group to join on evenings and/or weekends. I do not drive, so I rely on public transport and walking. I'm fairly experienced with 5e 2014 but keen to try 2024. I prefer mechanically simpler classes, like Fighters and Rogues, as I can occasionally be a bit slow with combat. I enjoy fun and goofy RP and adventures, but also like dramatic or more serious stuff too. Overall, I'm just interested in meeting new people and making friends!

I've got a couple in mind, but to be succinct one is a very open-world sandbox timeloop campaign with an RP focus that i've homebrewed, and the other is a combat-focused dungeon crawler that i've borrowed from a game i enjoy lol Hoping for players under 20 tho, im 16 so it would be odd having a full blown adult at the table lol

I'm a 57 year old guy who recently hit two bereavements, one which robbed me on my wife who was also a gamer. I've run TTRPGs of all kinds for the last 47 years and I'm pondering looking for a couple of new players. Especially for my bi weekly Saturday game. I'm thinking of starting a new Starfinder 2e since many of my old campaigns are dead in the water. Most of this is in the planning stages at the moment. I've also worked in the TTRPG industry for the last 26 years, writing for quite a few games.
