A middle-aged (47) DnD “newby”. I used to play DnD-like games (ones I made myself) when I was a youngster but only recently got back into it when my sons found DnD for themselves and played a few campaigns as the DM for them. We’ve since been to comic cons and seen live DnD shows. I love making stories and being able to interact with them. I’m tentatively looking for a DnD group that I might be able to join in my age group (old) who doesn’t mind homebrew and a player who doesn’t really know the rules but knows the basics!

Just getting into D&D, later in life (41) and only just discovering this. Although I haven't really played yet, I've been learning through watching a lot of Relics & Rarities, and now started on campaign 1 of Critical Role. I'd love to find a DM and a small party to play in person. I can host a small enough group, maybe just for a session 0, or a one shot to get to know people. Scheduling may be the biggest challenge but I'd be looking for potentially two sessions per month, likely fortnightly, but might be a two weeks on two weeks off kind of rotation sometimes too.
