I am 44 years old, and I live in Portsmouth. I've been playing TTRPGs and RPG's for longer than I haven't been. But haven't done an in-person game for a long time, and want to get back into it for fun and socialising. I am mainly interested in sci-fi games, rather than D&D or fantasy games. I like games with a high degree of emphasis on plot, story, atmosphere, world-building and character interaction over game mechanics and 'crunch' or number counting. I have experience GMing, but only in limited game systems, and I would like to play rather than run something for a change.
