DM here, looking to set up a group in Birmingham to meet up in person and play a game focused around dinosaurs. BEGINNER FRIENDLY Our intrepid heroes are thown back in time, finding them selves in lands forgotten millenia ago. You will need to find out how you came to be here, how to get back, and most importantly, how to survive in a land where you're little more than a snack to the creatures around you! In person meeting (probably at a boardgames café) every other week. Weekdays in the evening, day is negotiable according to availablity. Scope: - Character creation - D&D 2024 core rules only - I will be using the Dr Dhrolin's book for Dinosaur stats - This will likely be a short to mid length campaign - Theatre of the mind (I don't have any dino minis!) - We will do character creation together as a group A bit about me: I've been playing D&D on and off for several years as well as doing LARP and improv. I currently run two other groups online, and would like to play some games in person!

Looking for players in Nottingham to meet up for a new Stonetop RPG campaign! I’m a GM with nearly a decade of experience running tabletop games, and I’m excited to dive into this rich, community-driven fantasy setting. The game uses the Powered by the Apocalypse (PBTA) system, so expect a strong focus on collaborative storytelling, character-driven play, and meaningful choices that shape the world around you. You don’t need prior PBTA experience at all, just a willingness to engage with the fiction and have fun. I just want to reiterate that PBTA games are story games, we'll be contributing to the fantasy world together and this will be our setting, our own unique version of Stonetop that we'll make together. How that happens is through play. I already have one committed player, and I’m looking to build a small, dedicated group to explore the village of Stonetop together. Whether you’re a seasoned roleplayer or newer to the hobby, you’re welcome as long as you’re reliable and enthusiastic.
