41 yo living in Scorriton. I am looking for some people to play games with. I love games that focus on collaborative storytelling - I have played a lot of story games from the old classics like Archipelago and Fiasco to Apocalypse World and Burning Wheel (which I adore). I also enjoy the old school d&d playing style and OSR games. More than anything, I miss playing with like minded (and open minded) people and having fun exploring characters and stories. I think losing is fun (I love a purist game of Call of Cthulhu!). I am not hugely experienced with boardgames but I'd be up for playing one as well.

Middle-aged dude, 47 years young and looking to find a like-minded gaming group to play some TTRPG games together. Happy to try give any ruleset a go really but the ones I am really keen to play are ShadowDark, D&D (OSR), The One Ring, Twilight 2000, Call of Cthulu, Delta Green, Blades in the Dark, Traveller, Alien, Pendragon and Star Wars. My idea is to have a rotating cast of people happy to both GM and Play whilst trying some One-Shots and Starter Sets of multiple game systems. Probably meeting on an evening once a month, maybe more (let's face it, we are all busy people) and using a local cafe, bar or similar neutral location. I am based in Stansted Mountfitchet but happy to travel if the vibes are good. All ages, backgrounds, identities, and experience levels are most welcome!
