21M, looking for a group around Stratford for a weekly dnd session! Brand new to tabletop dnd though I have played a fair bit of baldur's gate, so it shouldn't take too long for me to get accustomed to everything. I have a fairly flexible schedule at the moment, so should be able to make it to most sessions as long as they're fairly local. If needed I can give DMing a try, though I'll probably need a bit of guidance with it. I do have a couple years of experience with writing and prose, so I can at least cover the descriptive and storyline aspects of the campaign as a baseline if I am DMing. A middle-aged (47) DnD “newby”. I used to play DnD-like games (ones I made myself) when I was a youngster but only recently got back into it when my sons found DnD for themselves and played a few campaigns as the DM for them. We’ve since been to comic cons and seen live DnD shows. I love making stories and being able to interact with them. However, I’m definitely not new to the world of D&D. I’ve been binging a lot of actual play content on YouTube; I’ve watched the entire Relics and Rarities collection and am currently working my way through Campaign 1 of Critical Role. I'm absolutely hooked on the storytelling and eager to experience it from the table. The Gear: I have the newest (I think) Starter Set ready to go if we want to use it. The Vibe: A dedicated, enthusiastic, and welcoming environment.
