Ben (St Austell)
38 yr old friendly dad. Been a gamer all my life, and would love to properly try out dnd as a player. Got a little experience with it, watched critical role on youtube and even did a dnd date night with the wife where i dm'ed, it was fun! Can play some dnd in the evenings, probably easier over discord or something, but i'm up for seeing what works for a group. I'm in the st austell area, but obviously over a call doesn't matter where people are from.

Doug (Falmouth)
Played far too many games and systems back in the 90s (GURPS, Cthulhu, MERP, AD&D and too may long forgotten) but life took me away from the hobby for too long. In my 50s now and hoping I can get back into playing RPGs again. Happy to try most things, and hoping down the line to try my hand at running some Runequest in Glorantha.

Robin de Berniere-Smart (Penryn)
I am quite new to TTRPG's in general, but I'd like to find a group I can meet with to gain some experience and make new friends- I've played Pf2e a little, which is tbh my only experience actually playing but I would love to find a group to try something new with.

Edward (Liskeard)
Played Tomb of Annihilation, homebrew, Dungeon of the Mad Mage, Lost Mine of Phandelver, Waterdeep: Dragon Heist - all 5e or a variant of. I'm new to the Liskeard area and I'm looking for a group to join regularly. I've played on and off for 8 years but I still call myself a newbie as creating a character etc can still be confusing to me (I'm autistic). I'm looking for a group where I can really try to roleplay as the default is to naturally play as yourself. I love the camaraderie of playing and would love to meet new and like minded individuals in the area to make it feel like home. Hope to hear from you all soon

Paul (Newquay)
I’ve been passionately rolling dice and weaving tales since I first picked up a set of polyhedrals back in 1980, when I discovered Dungeons & Dragons and was instantly hooked—so much so that I DM’d my first game later that very year. Over the decades, I’ve delved into the depths of AD&D (1st Edition), 2nd Edition, and more recently transitioned to 5th Edition, all while dabbling in countless other RPGs like Traveller, Car Wars, Gamma World, Gangbusters, Boot Hill, RuneQuest, Paranoia, and even Toon. I love running a rules-light game because it frees everyone to enjoy the flow of the story, mixing in humor with a dose of seriousness. I’m more about role play than roll play, and though I’m not big on doing masses of voices, I enjoy describing scenes in vivid detail. All my campaigns and one-shots are homebrew, set in a fantasy world I’ve spent years crafting—complete with concurrent storylines so the actions in one game ripple through another. For me, nothing beats a well-thought-out character who’s woven seamlessly into the fabric of the campaign, creating a richer experience for everyone. And remember: “Make a character, Not a character sheet.” Looking to join an exisiting group as a player, or start a new game (ad&d 1st edition prefered, 5e if not)

Paladin Pedestrian (St Ives)
So I do have lots of experience with DND, I made a homebrew and played some of the games like baldurs gate. But I've always wanted to try out DND proper. But finding a group has been difficult.
