We accomplishing this by doing calisthenics and working with bodyweight to develop muscle, enhance stamina, and boost joint flexibility and movement. We would like to communicate with other fitness adherents (regardless of whether they're rookies or experienced) to exercise together. You can also meet our dragoonboat team and go paddling with us when the season begins at the end of April/beginning of May.
