Mid-30s and looking for a new hobby. I’ve always enjoyed watching YouTube videos and listening to campaign podcasts, so I thought it was about time I gave D&D a proper go! I’m completely new to playing but eager to dive in. I’d describe myself as easy-going and up for a laugh. Hoping to find a patient and welcoming group where I can learn the ropes, contribute to the story, and share some fun adventures.

I work at UoC, in my very late 20's and am a very chill nerdy woman looking for a new group to join and adventure with! I've been playing with the same group and campaign for the last 4 years and it's slowly coming to an end so would like to find new people to make friends and roll (hopefully not badly) with! I've played in 2014 5e and dappled in other systems like MOTW; very open to learning 2024 rules and other systems! I (as DM) and ~6 players are looking for another player. One of the players will migrate soon, and thus we are hoping to find another girlie to fill her spot and continue making the campaign extra fun. We just started the campaign, and we are now at level 3. We are a table of University/Industry researchers enjoying our 30s. They've been the most fun group I have DMed so far. We meet at least twice a month (or when at least 4 players are available), and we rotate hosting around Cambridge. Regarding the campaign, we are running Tomb of Annihilation.

I've been roleplaying since 1986, and I'm a Forever GM for Runequest, which I run fortnightly via VTT on Sundays. I'm looking for a local tabletop group, hopefully with a variety of games. Nearest town I could pick from the drop-down is Huntingdon, but I'm actually in St Neots and happy to travel.
