Hello, I am a beginner looking to get into D&D and other roleplaying games. I havent played any before but I am excited to learn and willing to put the time in to understand the rules. I am based around kings lynn but available to go to nearby cities too like Peterborough and Norwich. I am looking for a friendly, patient and inclusive group that doesnt mind a new player. Currently open to running a one-on-one (aka single player with GM) session of either old-school DnD (ODnD, B/X), Call of Cthulhu, or The One Ring - player's choice. Particularly open to newbies wanting a chill intro to the hobby. If session goes well a longer thing can always be arranged. If you can host that would be a plus, otherwise we probably book a table at Athena or find pub, cafe, etc. First come first serve!

Male, 54, looking to get back into regular D&D after many moons away... Actively played at weekends from 1987 to 1993, and have recently been contemplating getting back into it again. Still have all my 1st/2nd Edition handbooks, figurines, etc. Willing to journey (up to an hour) to find an age-appropriate group; equally comfortable joining a mixed-age group depending on availability/flexibility.
