[DM & Players Wanted - Lincoln (Birchwood Area)] Beginner host looking for an experienced Dungeon Master for a long-running campaign! 🎲✨ Hi everyone! I’m based in Lincoln and looking to form a brand-new, long-term D&D group.I am a complete beginner to playing—in fact, my very first Starter Set is arriving today! However, I’m definitely not new to the world of D&D. I’ve been binging a lot of actual play content on YouTube; I’ve watched the entire Relics and Rarities collection and am currently working my way through Campaign 1 of Critical Role. I'm absolutely hooked on the storytelling and eager to experience it from the table. What I can offer: The Venue: A comfortable, reliable space to host a group of up to 6 people (including myself and the DM) right here in Lincoln. The Gear: I have the newest (I think) Starter Set ready to go if we want to use it. The Vibe: A dedicated, enthusiastic, and welcoming environment. What I’m looking for:An experienced, patient Dungeon Master who enjoys guiding beginners and helping a new group find their footing. 3 to 4 more players (beginners or patient veterans) to fill out the table. To make sure everyone clicks, I’m happy to host a casual "Session 0" at my place or meet up first for a coffee or a pint at a local cafe or pub in the Birchwood area before we transition into a regular home campaign. Most of stuff arrives via sea freight in October but have a healthy (300+) and varied collection, everything from light party games and economic euros to 18xx and wargames.
