Regular In-Person RPG Group Forming – Harrogate Looking to form a small, steady tabletop RPG group in Harrogate for a regular evening campaign (weekly or fortnightly). System is flexible — we’re primarily interested in story-driven, immersive games. Possibilities include: D&D 5e – classic fantasy adventures with heroics and character growth. Star Wars: Edge of the Empire – cinematic space adventure on the fringes of the galaxy, where choices matter and danger is always around the corner. The Witcher Role-Playing Game – gritty low fantasy full of monsters, moral dilemmas, and political intrigue. A Song of Ice and Fire Roleplaying – noble houses, shifting alliances, and high-stakes drama where loyalty and strategy matter. Conspiracy X – modern detective-style campaigns dealing with hidden alien agendas, secret conspiracies, and covert investigations. Other systems are also open for discussion — the GM has an extensive list of games they’re happy to run depending on the group. This is a friendly, no-pressure group focused on long-term, character-driven campaigns. We’re looking to start with 3–4 players, and new players are more than welcome — enthusiasm and imagination matter more than experience. Hi! I’m based in Selby (UK) and I’m looking to join a D&D group, either online or local. I’m a seafarer and currently ashore for at least the next three months, so I’m very flexible and available when it comes to scheduling. I’ve played a couple of one-shots, but I wouldn’t consider myself a new player. I’ve been interested in D&D for a long time and know the rules well, having spent a lot of time reading the rulesets for fun — especially while at sea when other entertainment options are limited. In terms of playstyle, I enjoy games with a moderate pace where each session feels meaningful and the adventure is clearly moving forward. I especially like thinking through scenarios, problem-solving, and tackling challenges or puzzles, with combat second and roleplay third. That said, I’m very easygoing and happy to adapt to a group’s preferences. I’m mainly looking for a friendly, inclusive group and a good sense of bonding at the table. I’m a passionate player who enjoys putting effort into their character and the game, but I don’t expect or pressure others to play the same way — having fun together is the priority.

GM and partner in our 30s looking for a gaming group in Skipton! We've just moved here and we want to find some people to play Pathfinder with (if you're not familiar, it's like DND).
