I've been playing D&D since Advanced Dungeons and Dragons (that's basically D&D 2e). I'm looking to join a campaign where everyone uses a camera (whether streamed or not) and with heavy role-playing (Critical Role style with a lot of in-character interaction between players and DM, accents/mannerisms etc). I enjoy combat and exploration too, but all story-driven. I tend toward magic users and other dex-based characters (have usually played wizards, sorcerers, clerics and rangers) but could also explore something completely different if needed (like a Warlock or Bard). I think a DM does lead the game but otherwise is a fellow player and players need to make sure the DM has a good time too. It's not the DM's responsibility to make sure everybody else has a great time or DM vs players; we play together, with the DM, creating stories.
