48yo into various board games and rpgs. Started playing DND again during covid and ended up DMing for a group of between 6-8 over the course of the next few years. Would like to find a group to play regularly with, ideally getting a break from being DM! But beggars can't be choosers! Have a smallish flat but could host if needed. Also have a fair few board games never used - Gloomhaven Jaws of the Lion, Star Wars Imperial Assault, Rebellion, Legion etc, as well as old Command and Colours Napoleonics it would be good to get some use out of!

Looking for a group to play Curse of Strahd with! I love gothic horror and am looking for a group who are roleplay-heavy and ready to explore the emotional depth of this campaign. Don't mind if DM sticks to the book strictly or not. Have played this campaign once before, but it ended badly because DM was very controlling, exhibited favouritism towards one player and saw it as a 'players vs DM' situation, which was a shame. While this campaign is definitely not meant to be easy, I don't think it should be impossible.
