I’m a long time gamer dad in my 30s, have only got interested in TTRPGs recently. Have not played a lot, just a D&D one-shot with siblings, but have got a bit obsessed with Chaotic Neutral on Youtube and particularly the Call of Cthulhu games. I’m looking for groups to try out a few games of Cthulhu as a player, and work up to Keepering a couple. I love the mystery element, the talking and characters (vs D&D combat), and the flexibility of the format.

I used to play 9th Ed 40k with a freind of mine years ago, but since then I've lost touch with the game. It's moved on a lot and I've not got anyone to get back in to it with anymore. I'm looking for some other beginner, or very patient current warhammer players willing to teach. I've been playing TTRPGs for the last 5ish years after getting invested in Critical Role's second campaign. Most of my experience is in D&D 5e but I've also played a little Pathfinder 2e, GURPS, Savage Worlds, and Star Trek Adventures. I've also GM'd various campaigns, a couple of which were long running. I really enjoy campaigns with a more of an emphasis on roleplay and collaborative story telling but I do also love a classic dungeon crawl from time to time. Happy to play or GM.
