47m quite new to d&d 5e looking for a group that plays a couple of times a month

F15. Looking to play dnd 5e, and I am able to go quite far from Woking. I am not experienced, nor am I a complete beginner, I have been playing for almost a year. I’m happy to play with anyone. I like high fantasy themes, but I don’t really mind.

rmy name i s connor and i am planning to run curse of strahd in woking , probably the soveriegns pub and i have one player so far . Aiming to have 4 or 5 but if we get more then split into 2 games or have additional plaryers run all npcs and monsters for combat and roleplay. Timings are relatively flexible so well see what suits all. We'll have a session zero first to create characters and meet each other ,Newbies and novice players welcome.

Hello! I am extremely new to ttrpgs but I have been interested in them for ages. I got to play about 3 sessions of 5E years ago on a dig site and never had a good opportunity since. I love coming up with character ideas and have tried to read into the rules and general ideas for 5E, but never really applied them. For myself, I'm an archaeologist, I enjoy fencing, painting, cooking, and some gaming.
