I’m a player in my 30s who recently caught the D&D bug. I might be newer to the hobby, but I’ve fallen fast for the storytelling and the mechanics. I’m at that sweet spot where I’m still discovering the magic of the game but have a solid handle on how to work with a team. I’m definitely a Warlock main at heart. There’s just something about the flavor of making a pact for power—and the versatility of the class—that keeps me hooked. Whether I’m playing a face-of-the-party charismatic lead or a utility caster from the shadows, I love finding creative ways to use my limited spell slots. I’m looking for a game that balances engaging roleplay with tactical combat. Since I started recently, I value a group that’s welcoming and enjoys a mix of serious storytelling and those inevitable "how did we survive that?" moments.
