Semi experienced TTRPG player and sometimes DM. Unfortunately I have not played in a long time (groups kept falling apart due to lack of player commitment), but kept an eye on the hobby. I’m looking for some good people who are forming a group, an existing group who are looking for new players with the hope to jump in with even if it’s to give me a trial, etc. Or if players are interested I am happy to form a new in person local group. I grew up on 2nd Ed AD&D in the 90’s and returned via 5e. I’m male, in my late 40’s, married, and in Cheltenham. Would love to play a different/alternative system like Dragonbane, Vaesen, Mothership, Pirate Borg, Shadowdark, Cyberpunk, Pathfidner/Starfinder, etc (open to anything as I just love a good story and adventure). I am still very open to D&D 5e (not 2024/5.5 through), I just thought of exploring others systems and settings if other were up for it.

Hey! I've been playing for the last 6 years. A mix of short campaigns and one long (2 years) mostly with d&d 2024 and homebrews based on that system. Mostly online and a few in person. Would really like to find an in person game on a weeknight (ideally a Monday or Wednesday) happy to do weekly or biweekly. I'm based in the middle of Cheltenham, Gloucester and Stroud, so would happily drive to any of those locations and surrounds.
