Hey! Male 40, have played D&D for a few years now both as player and DM, and also other games like Dragonbane, Mothership, and Blades in the Dark. This has all been online and so I'd love to find a local group to play in person - as a player to find my feet with some physical dice first. I'm looking for something not too heavy commitment, perhaps fortnightly, and am open to trying new games too. I favour RP over combat but do like a good mix. I like to think I'm fairly relaxed and will always favour having fun over being rules particular. Also love board games! Feel free to drop me a message if you're local. :-)

Chippenham Board Games Club
The Chippenham Board Games Club gathers each Thursday night at The Brunel on New Road with meetings running from 7PM to 11PM. It doesn't matter if someone is new to the hobby or an experienced veteran, all genres of board games are catered for. The group organiser, Mike, has an extensive personal collection of games which can be played, but everyone is encouraged to bring their own games as well! On top of that, Tim has documented many session reports in a blog which can be accessed online.
