Michael (Epsom)

I’m a long time gamer dad in my 30s, have only got interested in TTRPGs recently. Have not played a lot, just a D&D one-shot with siblings, but have got a bit obsessed with Chaotic Neutral on Youtube and particularly the Call of Cthulhu games. I’m looking for groups to try out a few games of Cthulhu as a player, and work up to Keepering a couple. I love the mystery element, the talking and characters (vs D&D combat), and the flexibility of the format.

Jason (Horley)

37 year old nerd and 9 year old nerd in training looking to try DND and similar having thoroughly enjoyed a 1 hour home brew session at comic con! Very little/no experience of TTRPGs otherwise! Ideally looking for 5e as I have some of the literature and a very basic understanding.

George (30) (Haslemere)

Looking to find out if there's any D&D players based in the Haslemere/Guildford/Dorking area who want to immediately join a game which has just started - we're looking for another player to join us (we're two sessions in!). Our small group is a mixture of new and experienced players. We play approximately once a month on a Tuesday at 7pm in a pub near Guildford. New players very welcome! 😁

David_J_Flanigan (Morden)

Hi! I'm David, 42 years old, he/him, and I've been playing and loving TTRPGs (and RPGs in general) for the past 28years. I've played every iteration of D&D except the OG, and I've run one-shots and campaigns using 3E, 3.5, 4E and 5E; I played Pathfinder (First Edition) during the "4E is not D&D" era, and have been looking into Second Edition during the pandemic. I love PbtA (with Monster of the Week and City of Mist being my favourites), I have dabbled in the Storytelling system (Vampire: the Masquerade & Werewolf: the Apocalypse) and the New World of Darkness (Werewolf: The Forsaken & Mage: The Awakening), and I've tried or tried to run several other systems & rulesets (e.g., Cypher system, Tiny D6, 13th Age, Fantasy A.G.E., A Song of Ice & Fire RPG, and I'm sure a few others that I honestly cannot remember at the moment.). Recently, I picked up Dagferheart, which has become an instant favourite. I’d love to either join a group as a player or, even better, run a game: as a GM, I love “straight to business” combat scenarios as one shots (even at high levels, yes: level 15-20 combat is awesome, if it’s the focus of the session), running published modules (I have several on D&DBeyond that are waiting to be tackled) or, if the group wants to, start character-driven narrative campaigns in any published setting (with Eberron and Exandria being my favourite ones).

Disco (Epsom)

Hiya, My name's Enayat, but most call me by my handle online. 22, Male (He/Him). Picked up the Core Book for Lancer recently, interested in finding a group to play it with. Would be after a group to join instead of lead for now, but I'd be open to cycling into the DM's seat at some point if all goes well.

I'm a first time DM for a homebrew campaign and would really enjoy spreading it to others, I wouldn't mind to find 3-4 players for the campaign. don'tmind whether it's online or in person.

Josh (Guildford)

Looking for DnD group. Very familiar with the rules, I enjoy medieval/wilderness themes the most, not as much a fan of guns/machines etc.

Nebneby (Guildford)

35M - I recently moved over from France, where I've been DMing for over 10 years. I'm still running my campaign online, but I'd love to swap sides for a while and join a local game as a player. The last beholder left a surprisingly large void, and I'm hoping a new party can help fill it.
