Are you searching for a casual and relaxed Dungeons and Dragons game? You're in luck! My drop-in campaign is ideal for experienced dungeon crawlers and those who are just starting with role-playing. The game is based in the fabulous homebrew world of Eventyr and follows a West Marches style of play. That means the campaign is player-driven, flexible with scheduling, and open to those who want to explore on their own terms. Plus, as a member of the LGBTQ community myself, I strive to make the space welcoming and inclusive for all walks of life. To join in the fun, all you have to do is RSVP for a game, create or pick a character, and join us on Discord (username: aftermarketdadbod). Get all the details at the website: https://www.marcgallivan.com/drop-in-campaign This isn't just a prescribed storyline: In the world of Eventyr, your decisions can shape the adventure for other players. We keep in touch via email, with all the pertinent information, for each session, and any extra details will be discussed over the Discord server. This is a great opportunity for older kids (8 and up) too, just let us know ahead of time so we can adapt the game. So grab your dice, be ready to party, and come to the table! Whether you have lots of knowledge or none at all, we look forward to embarking on an epic journey together.

Experienced players and those new to the scene are both invited. So dust off that battle axe and pour your ale -- join us for exciting dungeon adventures, energetic fights with dragons, and shared laughter with everyone. Our upcoming event on October 12th is Halloween Trivia at the Denver Beer Co in Arvada, and trivia starts at 8, but it's suggested that we arrive a bit earlier to secure a table. On the Co's website, you can see what they have on tap, and they offer non-alcoholic sodas as well. The Mighty Burger food truck is there with delicious burgers and cheese curds. There are currently 157 members in our group, with 5 attendees at our past event, "Meow Wolf Adulti-Verse: Drag-a-verse."

Sign in to contactDenver Dungeons & Dragons Newbie Sessions
Come join us and learn Dungeons & Dragons 5th edition (the latest version) in a welcoming environment. We will host a mix of one-shot adventures designed for new players, so come and ask questions, learn the game, and meet new people! Pre-made characters can be provided, or you can make your own on D&D Beyond. Play time is usually around 4 hours. Please arrive on time and update your RSVP status accordingly. More details of the individual events can be found on our website. If you've never played D&D before, don't worry--lots of people at Newbie Sessions have never played either, and we'll help you out. Unfortunately, spectating is not allowed, as it can be disruptive. For races and classes allowed, please refer to our Player Resources page. One-shots are completed in a single sitting, and each event is independent from the other; don't sign up for the same event twice. If you are having trouble with creating characters or with role-playing, don't worry. DM's will help provide advice and ideas. On our official website, more FAQs can be found, and we also have a Discord server for you to join. Player resources, FAQs, and our Discord server links can be found on our Linktree. Check out upcoming events (currently 4+ have been scheduled). Our next event is on September 25th at 7PM MDT hosted at Game Train USA. Newbies don't need to bring any materials besides themselves, and experienced players can create a Level 3 character beforehand using the standard array system. There is a minimum purchase of $25 either in food, beverages, or retail per visit, and no payments will go to the volunteers, organizers, or DM's. If you're worried about coming to an event with people you don't know, you can watch a podcast episode with the DM, which can be found on our Youtube page. Children are not allowed, however a parent/guardian and teen are both welcome to participate in the game provided all the requirements are being met.
