I played D&D 4th edition a few years ago. First time I ever played an RPG and I loved it. No preference as such to edition played or setting? Open for anything from fantasy to sci fi. Love stories. Love characters. Love to explore worlds beyond and above all, to be part of a team. Really keen to get back in action with it. I’m friendly, sociable and enjoy company. I turned 40 last year and understand younger players may not want me at the table l, which I completely understand Perhaps looking for a slightly more mature (can’t believe I’m applying THAT word to me now, when did that happen?) crowd but I’m really adaptable and just love to play with anyone.

Mostly I've played d&d 5e, completed a couple of full campaigns and started many more. I'm very interested in trying different systems. I've had a few Star wars edge of the empire one-shots and am a big fan of that system, I've played in & run a couple of Call of Cthulhu 7e scenarios. I'm a bit shy initially, but friendly, I promise.

New player looking for a D&D group for an in-person adventure. Only played a one-shot once before but the group never stayed in touch. In my 30's so, late bloomer due to lack of social life and simply not in the right circles to be a part of the community when I was younger. Due to work, my availability is strict so weekly meet-ups may be difficult but workarounds can be arranged if possible.

I have never actually played a TTRPG before but I know a bit about D&D. I'm not sure what games I'd enjoy but I'd definitely want to give D&D (preferably 5th edition but any other than 4th is fine) or Pathfinder a try and I'm open to other suggestions too.
